उपरोक्त सम्बन्धमा, नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको निर्देशनबमोजिम सामूहिक लगानी कोषहरुलाई बाँडफाँड गरिएको भुजुङ्ग हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडको ५०,०००/- (पचास हजार मात्र) कित्ता साधारण शेयरको लक इन अवधि (Lock-In Period) सर्वसाधारणमा बाँडफाँड भएको मितिले (६) महिना अर्थात मिति २०८२/०८/२६ (२०२६-०८-११) मा समाप्त हुने हुदाँ सो सम्बन्धमा तहाँ लगायत नियामक निकायहरु तथा सम्पूर्ण लगानीकर्ता एवं सरोकारवालाहरुको जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८३/०३/२६ गते शुक्रबारको नेपाल समाचारपत्र डेलीमा नियमअनुसार सूचना प्रकाशित गरिने व्यहोरा जानकारी गर्दछौँ ।
साथै, उक्त सूचनाको प्रतिलिपि यसै पत्रसाथ संलग्न गरी पठाइएको व्यहोरा जानकारी गर्दछौँ ।

In the above context, as per the directive of the Nepal Securities Board, the Lock-In Period for ५०,०००/- (fifty thousand only) units of ordinary shares of Bhujung Hydropower Limited allotted to Collective Investment Schemes will expire after (६) months from the date of allotment to the general public, i.e., on २०८२/०८/२६ (२०२६-०८-११). Therefore, for the information of all regulatory bodies, investors, and stakeholders, we hereby inform that a notice will be published in the Nepal Samacharpatra daily on Friday, २०८३/०३/२६, as per the regulations.
Additionally, we inform that a copy of the said notice has been sent along with this letter.
