सिइडिबी हाइड्रोपावर डेभलपमेन्ट कम्पनी लिमिटेडले आफ्नो नाम परिवर्तन गर्न लागेको छ। आज सम्पन्न साधारणसभामा बहुमत सेयरधनीले कम्पनीको नाम परिवर्तनको प्रस्तावलाई स्वीकृति दिएका छन्।
अब कम्पनीको नयाँ नाम सिइडिबी होल्डिङ्ग्स लिमिटेड हुनेछ।
सिइडिबी हाइड्रोपावर डेभलपमेन्ट कम्पनी, जो इन्भेस्टमेन्ट सेक्टर अन्तर्गत पर्ने कम्पनी हो, यस परिवर्तनमार्फत आफ्नो पहिचानलाई अझ सुदृढ बनाउन चाहन्छ। यस विषयमा बोल्दै कम्पनीका प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृतले भने, “यो केवल नाम परिवर्तन मात्र होइन, यो ब्राण्डिङ्ग पनि हो।”

CEEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited is set to change its name. In today’s annual general meeting, the majority of shareholders approved the proposal to rename the company.
The company will now be known as CEDB Holdings Limited.
CEDB Hydropower Development Company, which operates within the investment sector, aims to strengthen its identity with this change. Speaking about the rebranding, the company’s CEO mentioned, “This is not just a name change; it’s also a rebranding.”
With this change, the company anticipates injecting renewed energy into its business expansion efforts.
