Also, since there is a system to pay the annual operating fee through Fone Pay/QR Payment, Khalti, Connect IPS, IME Pay, e-Sewa, and Meroshare Dashboard, you are requested to make payments through these methods. In addition, it is informed that payments can also be made through Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited's Laxmi Sunrise Mobile Money (Payments> Quick Payments> Laxmi Sunrise Capital) or through the above-mentioned bank account and Digital Pay.

Note: Also, beneficiary account holders who are using MERO SHARE service must renew it within one year from the date the service came into operation, and if not renewed within that period, the service will automatically be closed. It is informed that the MERO SHARE service can also be renewed at the time of renewing the annual operating fee of the beneficiary account. Beneficiary account holders who have not renewed the annual operating fee of their beneficiary account and have only renewed the MERO SHARE service are requested to pay the annual operating fee of the beneficiary account and MERO SHARE service fee on time, as the MERO SHARE service will also be stopped from २०८३/०४/१५.

Annual operating fee packages (AMC Packages) are also available for the convenience of beneficiary account holders, and further information about these facilities can be obtained from the website of Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited.

P.S.:

१. When depositing fees into the company's bank account, the name, surname, and beneficiary account number of the beneficiary account holder must be compulsorily mentioned. If the details are incomplete or incorrect, the beneficiary himself will be responsible for it.

२. All beneficiary account holders who are yet to update their KYC are requested to contact the branch offices of Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited and Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited and update their KYC as soon as possible.

Note: As per the notice published by CDS and Clearing Limited on २०८३ Jestha २२, it is informed that the National ID card number must be compulsorily included when opening new beneficiary accounts and updating the details of existing beneficiary accounts.
