आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण संसद्मा प्रस्तुत, अर्थतन्त्र सकारात्मक दिशामा रहेको अर्थमन्त्रीको दाबी Economic Survey 2080/81: Government Presents Economic Document in Parliament
सरकारले आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण २०८०/८१ संसदमा प्रस्तुत गरेको छ। यो दस्तावेजले चालु आर्थिक वर्ष (आव) को अर्थतन्त्रको अवस्था समेटेको छ। नेपाली कांग्रेसको विरोधका बीच यो प्रस्तुति गरिएको हो।
अर्थमन्त्री वर्षमान पुनले सो अवसरमा मुलुकको आर्थिक सामाजिक परिसूचकमा सुधार हुँदै गएको जानकारी दिए। उनले उत्पादनमूलक उद्योग र निर्माण क्षेत्रमा संकुचन भए तापनि कृषि र सेवा क्षेत्रमा भएको विस्तारका कारण मुलुकको अर्थतन्त्र ३.९ प्रतिशतले विस्तार हुने अनुमान गरिएको बताए। पुनका अनुसार, चालु आवमा कुल लगानी २.८ प्रतिशतले बढेर १७ खर्ब ४१ अर्ब रुपैयाँ पुग्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
मन्त्री पुनले प्रतिव्यक्ति आय १४५६ डलर पुग्ने अनुमान रहेको पनि बताए। उनका अनुसार, फागुनसम्म मुद्रास्फीति ६.०८ प्रतिशत रहेको छ।
अर्थमन्त्रीले कृषि क्षेत्रले ४.२ प्रतिशत वृद्धि गर्ने र सेवा क्षेत्रले ५.५ प्रतिशतले वृद्धि गर्ने अनुमान गरिएको बताए। उनले भने, "यद्यपि उत्पादनमूलक क्षेत्रले १.५ प्रतिशतले मात्र वृद्धि गर्ने देखिएको छ।"
अर्थमन्त्री पुनले चालु आवमा सरकारी खर्च १४ खर्ब ५० अर्ब रुपैयाँ पुग्ने र राजस्व संकलन १० खर्ब ५० अर्ब रुपैयाँ हुने अनुमान रहेको बताए।
उनले भने, "सञ्चालित विकास परियोजनाहरूमा भएका ढिलाइहरूका बाबजुद पनि केही प्रमुख परियोजनाहरू पूरा हुने चरणमा छन्।"
पुनले नेपालको विदेशी मुद्रा सञ्चितिमा उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि भएको पनि बताए। "देशको विदेशी मुद्रा सञ्चिति १२ खर्ब रुपैयाँ नाघेको छ," उनले भने।
अर्थमन्त्री पुनले मुलुकको वित्तीय व्यवस्थापनमा सुधारका लागि नयाँ नीति तथा कार्यक्रमहरू लागू गरिने बताए। "आर्थिक सुशासन र पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित गर्न हामी प्रतिबद्ध छौं," उनले भने।
आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण २०८०/८१ ले मुलुकको आर्थिक अवस्थाको विस्तृत विवरण प्रस्तुत गरेको छ र आगामी वर्षका लागि मार्गदर्शन प्रदान गरेको छ। सरकारको यो कदमले मुलुकको आर्थिक सुधार र विकासलाई थप गति दिने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
The government has presented the Economic Survey 2080/81 in Parliament. This document outlines the state of the economy for the current fiscal year. The presentation was made amidst protests from the Nepali Congress.
Finance Minister barshman Pun stated that the country's economic and social indicators are improving. Despite contractions in the manufacturing and construction sectors, the economy is expected to grow by 3.9% due to expansion in agriculture and service sectors. According to Pun, total investment in the current fiscal year is expected to increase by 2.8% to reach NPR 1,741 billion.
Minister Pun also mentioned that per capita income is estimated to reach $1,456. As of February, inflation stood at 6.08%.
He stated that the agricultural sector is expected to grow by 4.2%, and the service sector by 5.5%. However, the manufacturing sector is projected to grow by only 1.5%.
In the current fiscal year, government expenditure is expected to reach NPR 1,450 billion, while revenue collection is projected to be NPR 1,050 billion.
He noted that despite delays in some development projects, several major projects are nearing completion.
Pun also highlighted a significant increase in the country's foreign exchange reserves, which have surpassed NPR 1,200 billion.
He emphasized that new policies and programs will be implemented to improve financial management in the country. "We are committed to ensuring economic governance and transparency," he said.
The Economic Survey 2080/81 provides a detailed overview of the country's economic status and offers guidance for the coming year. This step by the government is expected to further accelerate economic improvement and development in the country.
