    • If your broker has opened your account, ensure that your correct email address is entered in TMS. If you haven't received an email, contact your broker to confirm.

    • If you've opted for online registration and still haven't received an email, contact your broker for necessary advice. [Note: In case the email sent by the system ends up in the Spam folder, remember to check your Spam Section.]

  2. What to do if I encounter a "Duplicate BOID" error during TMS registration?

    • Email your broker with the following details to rectify the issue:

      • BOID / Demat Number

      • Client Code

  3. What to do if I encounter a "Duplicate Citizenship" error or if Citizenship No., Issue Date, or Issue Place are not filled in TMS?

    • Email your broker with the following details to rectify the issue:
