यस वित्तीय संस्थाको सञ्चालक समितिको निर्णय अनुसार तपसिल बमोजिमका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न यस वित्तीय संस्थाका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । उक्त संस्थापक शेयरहरु खरीद गर्न इच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय पोखरा-१०, कास्कीमा लिखित जानकारी गराउनुहुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ । तोकिएको समयावधि भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापकहरुबाट शेयर खरीद गर्ने सम्बन्धमा कुनै लिखित जानकारी प्राप्त हुन नआएमा बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था सम्बन्धी ऐन २०७३, नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशन तथा अन्य प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम शेयर बिक्री प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाईने ब्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराईन्छ ।

As per the decision of the Board of Directors of this financial institution, this notice has been published for the information of the existing promoter shareholders of this financial institution regarding the sale of promoter shares by the promoter shareholders as per the details below. Promoter shareholders interested in purchasing the said promoter shares are requested to submit a written application to the central office of this financial institution in Pokhara-१०, Kaski, within ३५ days from the date of publication of this notice. If no written application is received from the existing promoters regarding the purchase of shares within the stipulated period, the share sale process will be proceeded as per the Bank and Financial Institution Act २०७३, Nepal Rastra Bank's integrated directives, and other prevailing laws, which is also informed through this notice.
