हितग्राही खाता (DEMAT ACCOUNT) नवीकरण शुल्क बुझाउने बारे अत्यन्त जरुरी सूचना
यस कुमारी क्यापिटल लिमिटेड तथा कुमारी बैंक लिमिटेड (साविकको नेपाल क्रेडिट एण्ड कमर्श बैंक लि.) समेतका शाखा कार्यालयहरु मार्फत हितग्राही खाता खोली आफ्नो धितोपत्रको कारोबार गरी रहनु भएका हितग्राहीहरुलाई धितोपत्र केन्द्रीय निक्षेप सेवा विनियमावली, २०६८ मा भएको व्यवस्था बमोजिम प्रत्येक आ.व. मा लाग्ने नवीकरण शुल्क रु.१००/- दरले बुझाउन बाँकी रहेका हितग्राहीहरुले तल उल्लेखित खातामा मिति २०८३ आषाढ मसान्तभित्र उक्त वार्षिक नवीकरण शुल्क जम्मा गरी आफ्नो हितग्राही खाता सुचारु राख्नु हुन यसै सूचना मार्फत अनुरोध गरिन्छ। साथै, केही हितग्राहीहरुले हालसम्म पनि बुझाउनु पर्ने वार्षिक नवीकरण शुल्क नबुझाएको देखिएकाले वार्षिक नवीकरण शुल्क नबुझाउनु हुने हितग्राहीहरुको खाता नवीकरण शुल्क नबुझाएसम्म खाता रोक्का (Freeze) रहने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचनाद्वारा जानकारी गराइन्छ।

नोट:
१. रु.९९९/- मा आजिवन हितग्राही खाता (Demat Account) मात्र नवीकरण गर्न सकिनेछ।
२. Mero Share सेवा लिई रहनु भएका हितग्राही महानुभावहरुले सो सेवा संचालनमा आएको एक वर्ष अवधिको समाप्तिमा नवीकरण गर्न सक्नुने र सो अवधिभित्र नवीकरण नभएमा उक्त सेवा स्वतः बन्द हुने भएको हुँदा हितग्राही खाताको वार्षिक संचालन शुल्क जम्मा गर्ने समयमा नै उक्त Mero Share सेवाको नवीकरण शुल्क रु. ५०/- समेत जम्मा नवीकरण गर्न सक्नु हुनेछ।
KYC अद्यावधिक गर्ने बारेको सूचना
सिडिएस एण्ड क्लियरिङ्ग लिमिटेडले मिति २०८३ साल असार १ गते देखि नयाँ हितग्राही खाता खोल्दा वा हाल कायम हितग्राही खातामा ग्राहक पहिचान (KYC) विवरणहरु अद्यावधिक गर्दा राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्र नम्बर तथा राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्रको प्रतिलिपि अनिवार्य रुपमा पेश गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था लागू गरेको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैमा जानकारी गराइन्छ। साथै नाबालकको नाममा हितग्राही खाता खोल्दा वा हितग्राही खातामा ग्राहक पहिचान (KYC) विवरणहरु अद्यावधिक गर्नको लागि संरक्षकको राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्रको प्रतिलिपि अनिवार्य रुपमा पेश गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था लागू गरेको हुँदा यस कुमारी क्यापिटल लिमिटेड वा कुमारी बैंक लिमिटेडको शाखा कार्यालयहरुमा हितग्राही खाता खोल्न वा हालसम्म कायम हितग्राही खातामा ग्राहक पहिचान (KYC) अद्यावधिक गर्नको लागि अनिवार्य रुपमा राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्रको प्रतिलिपि सहित सम्पर्क गर्नुहुन विनम्र अनुरोध गर्दछौं।

Extremely Urgent Notice Regarding Demat Account Renewal Fee Payment
Kumari Capital Limited and Kumari Bank Limited (formerly Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Ltd.) hereby request all beneficiaries who have opened Demat accounts through their branch offices and are conducting securities transactions, to pay the outstanding annual renewal fee of रु.१००/- as per the provisions of the Securities Central Depository Service Regulations, २०६८, into the account mentioned below by मिति २०८३ Ashadh end, to keep their Demat accounts active. Furthermore, it is informed through this notice that some beneficiaries have not yet paid their annual renewal fee, and accounts of beneficiaries who do not pay the annual renewal fee will remain frozen (Freeze) until the renewal fee is paid.

Note:
१. Only lifetime Demat accounts can be renewed for रु.९९९/-.
२. Beneficiaries who are using Mero Share service can renew it upon completion of one year of its operation, and if not renewed within that period, the service will automatically be terminated. Therefore, at the time of depositing the annual operating fee for the beneficiary account, the Mero Share service renewal fee of रु. ५०/- can also be deposited for renewal.
Notice Regarding KYC Update
CDS and Clearing Limited informs all concerned that as per the provision effective from मिति २०८३ Ashadh १, when opening new beneficiary accounts or updating Know Your Customer (KYC) details in existing beneficiary accounts, the National ID card number and a copy of the National ID card must be mandatorily submitted. Furthermore, for opening beneficiary accounts in the name of minors or updating KYC details in beneficiary accounts, a copy of the guardian's National ID card must be mandatorily submitted. Therefore, we humbly request you to contact the branch offices of Kumari Capital Limited or Kumari Bank Limited with a copy of your National ID card for opening beneficiary accounts or updating KYC details in existing beneficiary accounts.
