२०७९/१२/२९ गतेदेखि सञ्चालनमा आएको खुलामुखी योजना
को
आकार वृद्धि तथा इकाई बाँडफाँड सम्बन्धी सूचना
कुमारी सामूहिक लगानी कोष अन्तर्गत यस कम्पनी योजना व्यवस्थापक रही सञ्चालनमा रहेको कुमारी सुनौलो लगानी योजना (Kumari Sunaulo Lagani Yojana) को पूर्व स्वीकृत आकार रु. १ अर्ब रहेकोमा मिति २०८३/०२/०८ गतेको कारोबार समय पश्चात प्राप्त रकमको इकाई बाँडफाँड गर्ने इकाई अपुग भएकाले इकाई बाँडफाँड स्थगित गरिएकोमा, नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट मिति २०८३/०२/०३ गते योजनाको आकार रु. १ अर्बबाट वृद्धि गरी रु. १ अर्ब ५० करोड कायम गर्न प्राप्त स्वीकृति पत्र बमोजिम मिति २०८३/०२/०८ गतेको कारोबार समय पश्चात संकलन गरिएको तर इकाई बाँडफाँड नगरिएका रकमलाई मिति २०८३/०२/०८ गते रकम प्राप्त भएको दिनमा कारोबारका लागि कायम प्रति इकाई खुद सम्पत्ति मूल्य (Trading NAV) को आधारमा इकाई बाँडफाँड गरी सम्बन्धित इकाईधनीहरूको हितग्राही खातामा मिति २०८३/०२/०९ गते पठाईएको व्यहोरा जानकारी गराउँदछौं।
साथै, मिति २०८३/०२/०८ गतेदेखि योजनाको इकाई बाँडफाँड नियमित रुपमा सुचारु भएको र योजनामा एकमुष्ठ लगानी (Lumpsum Investment) पनि मिति २०८३/०२/१० गतेदेखि खुल्ला रहने व्यहोरा जानकारी गराउँदछौं।

Regarding
Notice on Scheme Size Increase and Unit Allotment
We would like to inform you that the Kumari Sunaulo Lagani Yojana (Kumari Sunaulo Lagani Yojana), which is managed by this company as the scheme manager under Kumari Mutual Fund, had a previously approved size of Rs. १ Arba. Due to insufficient units for allotment of funds received after the trading hours of २०८३/०२/०८, the unit allotment was postponed. As per the approval letter received from Nepal Securities Board on २०८३/०२/०३ to increase the scheme size from Rs. १ Arba to Rs. १ Arba ५० Crore, the funds collected after the trading hours of २०८३/०२/०८, which were not allotted, will now be allotted based on the Net Asset Value per unit (Trading NAV) applicable for trading on the date the funds were received (२०८३/०२/०८) and sent to the beneficiary accounts of the respective unit holders on २०८३/०२/०९.
Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the unit allotment of the scheme has resumed regularly from २०८३/०२/०८, and Lumpsum Investment in the scheme will also be open from २०८३/०२/१०.
