१२६ मेगावाटको तल्लो सेती आयोजनाका लागि जग्गा अधिग्रहण सुरु, मुआब्जा निर्धारणLand Acquisition for 126 MW Lower Seti Hydroelectric Project Begins, Compensation Determined
दमौली (तनहुँ) । तनहुँमा निर्माण हुने १२६ मेगावाट क्षमताको तल्लो सेती जलविद्युत् आयोजनाका लागि जग्गा अधिग्रहण प्रक्रिया सुरु भएको छ । अमेरिकी डलर २२७ मिलियन लागतमा निर्माण हुने आयोजनाका लागि मुआब्जा निर्धारण गरी काम अघि बढाइएको छ ।
प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी शिवलाल तिवारीको अध्यक्षतामा बसेको मुआब्जा निर्धारण समितिको बैठकले आयोजनाका लागि अधिग्रहण गरिने जग्गा तथा त्यसमा रहेका घर, गोठ, टहरा लगायतका संरचनाको क्षतिपूर्ति निर्धारण गरेको हो ।
आयोजनाका प्रमुख हरिकुमार श्रेष्ठका अनुसार विद्युत्गृह, कार्यालय भवन, कर्मचारी आवास तथा अन्य संरचना निर्माणका लागि आवश्यक जग्गा अधिग्रहण प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइएको छ ।
नेपाल विद्युत् प्राधिकरणको पूर्ण स्वामित्वमा रहेको तनहुँ हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडमार्फत कार्यान्वयन भइरहेको उक्त आयोजनाका लागि आर.के. हाइड्रो इन्जिनियरिङ एण्ड एसोसिएट्स प्रालि, काठमाडौँसँग ठेक्का सम्झौता भइसकेको छ ।
विसं २०८० फागुन ७ मा भएको सम्झौतापछि विस्फोटक पदार्थ प्रयोगसम्बन्धी स्वीकृति प्रक्रियामा ढिलाइ हुँदा केही समय आयोजना प्रभावित भएको थियो ।
आयोजनाबाट वार्षिक ५२० करोड युनिट विद्युत् उत्पादन हुने लक्ष्य राखिएको छ । बाँध तनहुँको बन्दीपुर गाउँपालिका–साराङघाट नजिक सेती नदीमा निर्माण गरिनेछ । विस्तृत परियोजना प्रतिवेदन एसियाली विकास बैंकको अनुदान सहयोगमा तयार गरिएको हो ।
आयोजनाले बन्दीपुर, व्यास, देवघाट, ऋषिङ, आँबुखैरेनी गाउँपालिका तथा भरतपुर महानगरपालिकाका केही भागलाई प्रभावित पार्नेछ ।
देवघाट–४ गाईघाटमा अर्धभूमिगत विद्युत्गृह निर्माण गरी उत्पादन गरिने विद्युत् २२० केभी दमौली–नयाँ भरतपुर प्रसारण लाइनमार्फत राष्ट्रिय ग्रिडमा जोडिनेछ ।
Damouli (Tanahun). The land acquisition process for the 126 MW Lower Seti Hydroelectric Project, to be built in Tanahun, has begun. The project, which will cost $227 million, has determined compensation and is moving forward.
The meeting of the compensation determination committee, chaired by Chief District Officer Shivlal Tiwari, has determined the compensation for the land to be acquired for the project, as well as the houses, sheds, and other structures on it.
According to Project Chief Hari Kumar Shrestha, the land acquisition process has been initiated for the construction of the power house, office building, staff quarters, and other structures.
The project is being implemented by Tanahun Hydropower Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Nepal Electricity Authority, which has signed a contract with R.K. Hydro Engineering and Associates, Kathmandu.
After the agreement was signed on Falgun 7, 2080, the project was affected for some time due to delays in the approval process for the use of explosives.
The project aims to produce 520 million units of electricity per year. The dam will be built on the Seti River near Bandipur Gaunpalika-Saranghat in Tanahun. The detailed project report was prepared with the assistance of the Asian Development Bank.
The project will affect parts of Bandipur, Byas, Devghat, Rishing, Aambukhreni Gaunpalika, and Bharatpur Metropolitan Municipality.
The electricity generated from the project will be transmitted to the national grid through the 220 kV Damouli-New Bharatpur transmission line, after being produced at the semi-underground power house in Devghat-4 Gaighat.
