जम्मा गर्नेको विवरण: सम्बन्धित व्यक्तिको हितग्राही नम्बर र पूरा नाम
साथै वार्षिक संचालन शुल्क Fone Pay/QR Payment, Khalti, Connect IPS, IME Pay, e-Sewa तथा Meroshare Dashboard माध्यम मार्फत भुक्तानी गर्न सकिने व्यवस्था भएको हुँदा सो मार्फत भुक्तानी गर्नुहुन समेत अनुरोध गर्दछौं । यसको अलवा लक्ष्मी सन्राइज बैंक लिमिटेडको Laxmi Sunrise Mobile Money (Payments> Quick Payments> Laxmi Sunrise Capital) मा गई वा माथि उल्लेखित बैंक खाता तथा डिजिटल Pay मार्फत समेत भुक्तानी गर्न सकिने जानकारी गराउँदछौं ।
नोट: साथै, MERO SHARE सेवा लिइरहनु भएका हितग्राही महानुभावहरुले सो सेवा संचालनमा आएको एक वर्षको अवधिभित्र नविकरण गरिसक्नु पर्ने र सो समयावधिभित्र नविकरण नभएमा उक्त सेवा स्वतः बन्द हुने भएको हुँदा हितग्राही खाताको वार्षिक संचालन शुल्क नविकरण गर्ने समयमा नै उक्त सेवाको समेत नविकरण गर्न सकिने व्यहोरा जानकारी गराइन्छ । हितग्राही खाताको वार्षिक संचालन शुल्क नविकरण गर्न बाँकी रहेका हितग्राहीहरुले MERO SHARE सेवा मात्र नविकरण गर्नुभएको अवस्थामा MERO SHARE सेवा पनि २०८३/०४/१५ गतेदेखि रोक्का हुने भएकोले समयमा नै हितग्राही खाताको वार्षिक संचालन शुल्क तथा MERO SHARE सेवा शुल्क भुक्तानी गर्नु हुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ ।
हितग्राहीहरुको सुविधाको लागि वार्षिक संचालन शुल्कका प्याकेजहरु (AMC Packages) पनि उपलब्ध रहेको हुँदा उक्त सुविधाको थप जानकारी लक्ष्मी सन्राइज क्यापिटल लिमिटेडको वेभसाईटबाट प्राप्त गर्न सकिनेछ ।
पुनश्च:
१. यस कम्पनीको बैंक खातामा शुल्क जम्मा गर्दा हितग्राही खातावालाको नाम, थर, हितग्राही खाता नम्बर अनिवार्य रुपमा उल्लेख गर्नुपर्नेछ । सो विवरण पुरा नभई वा फरक परेमा सो को जिम्मेवार हितग्राही स्वयं हुनुहुनेछ ।
२. KYC अद्यावधिक गर्न बाँकी सम्पूर्ण हितग्राहीहरुलाई यस लक्ष्मी सन्राइज क्यापिटल लिमिटेड तथा लक्ष्मी सन्राइज बैंक लिमिटेडका शाखा कार्यालयहरुमा सम्पर्क राखि यथाशिघ्र KYC अद्यावधिक गर्नु हुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
नोट: सिडिएस एण्ड क्लियरिङ्ग लिमिटेडको मिति २०८३ साल जेठ २२ गते प्रकाशित सूचना अनुसार नयाँ हितग्राही खाता खोल्दा र हाल कायम रहेका हितग्राही खाताको विवरण अद्यावधिक गर्दा राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्र नम्बर अनिवार्य रुपमा समावेश गर्नुपर्ने जानकारी गराउँदछौं ।

Furthermore, arrangements have been made to pay the annual operating fee through Fone Pay/QR Payment, Khalti, Connect IPS, IME Pay, e-Sewa, and Meroshare Dashboard, and we request you to make payments through these channels. In addition, payments can also be made through Laxmi Sunrise Mobile Money (Payments> Quick Payments> Laxmi Sunrise Capital) of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited or through the above-mentioned bank account and digital Pay.
Note: Also, it is informed that beneficiary individuals using MERO SHARE service must renew it within one year from the date the service became operational, and if not renewed within that period, the service will automatically be suspended. Therefore, when renewing the annual operating fee of the beneficiary account, the MERO SHARE service can also be renewed at the same time. Beneficiaries who have not renewed the annual operating fee of their beneficiary account and have only renewed the MERO SHARE service, are requested to pay the annual operating fee of the beneficiary account and MERO SHARE service fee in time, as the MERO SHARE service will be suspended from २०८३/०४/१५.
For the convenience of beneficiaries, annual operating fee packages (AMC Packages) are also available, and further information about these facilities can be obtained from the website of Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited.
Additionally:
१. When depositing fees into this company's bank account, the name, surname, and beneficiary account number of the account holder must be mandatorily mentioned. If this information is incomplete or incorrect, the beneficiary themselves will be responsible for it.
२. All beneficiaries who are yet to update their KYC are requested to contact the branch offices of Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited and Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited to update their KYC as soon as possible.
Note: As per the notice published by CDS and Clearing Limited on २०८३ Jestha २२, it is informed that when opening new beneficiary accounts and updating details of existing beneficiary accounts, the National Identity Card number must be mandatorily included.
