मातृभूमि लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडले शतप्रतिशत हकप्रद सेयर निष्काशन गर्ने भएको छ ।
सो प्रस्ताव पारित गर्न लघुवित्तले असार ३२ गते, बिहीबार, आफ्नो केन्द्रिय कार्यालय, लम्की, कैलालीमा बिहान १० बजे सातौँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको हो ।
सभाले एफपीओ निष्काशन गर्ने, सोपश्चात कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको शतप्रतिशत हकप्रद सेयर निष्काशन गर्ने, अन्य लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थासँग मर्ज वा एक्विजिशनसम्बन्धि कार्य गर्न र प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावली संशोधन गर्न सञ्चालक समितिलाई अख्तियारी दिने लगायतका विशेष प्रस्तावहरु पारित गर्नेछ ।

Matribhumi Microfinance Financial Institution Limited is going to issue 100% right shares.
The microfinance has called its 7th annual general meeting on 32nd Asar to pass the proposal. The meeting will be held at the company's central office in Lamki, Kailali, on Thursday at 10 am.
The meeting will pass special proposals including the issuance of FPO, issuance of 100% right shares of the paid-up capital, merger or acquisition with other microfinance institutions, and amendment of the memorandum and articles of association, among others.
