राष्ट्रिय वाणिज्य बैङ्कद्वारा अनलाइन कर्जा आवेदन सेवाको सुरुवातNational Commercial Bank Launches Online Loan Application Service
काठमाडौँ । राष्ट्रिय वाणिज्य बैङ्कले आजदेखि अनलाइन कर्जा आवेदन सेवाको सुरुवात गरेको छ ।
बैङ्कले शासकीय सुधारसम्बन्धी १०० बुदे कार्ययोजना अनुसार प्रभावकारी ग्राहक सेवालाई मध्यनजर गर्दै अनलाइन कर्जा आवेदन सेवा सुरुवात गरेको हो ।
राष्ट्रिय वाणिज्य बैङ्कका उप कार्यकारी अधिकृत तथा सूचना अधिकारी पवन रेग्मीले कर्जा प्राप्तिको प्रक्रिया, आवश्यक कागजात र आफ्नो आवेदनको अवस्था बारे ग्राहक वर्गमा रहने जिज्ञासा तथा अन्योललाई पूर्ण रूपमा सम्बोधन गर्न बैङ्कले डिजिटल माध्यमबाटै घरमै बसी कर्जा आवेदन दिन सकिने सुविधा सञ्चालनमा ल्याएको बताए ।
“बैङ्कको यस प्रयासमार्फत कर्जा प्रक्रियालाई छिटोछरितो, झन्झटरहित र पारदर्शी बनाइनेछ,” उनले भने, “अनलाइन कर्जा आवेदनका लागि बैङ्कको आधिकारिक वेबसाइटमार्फत अनलाइन लोन एप्लिकेसनको लिङ्कमा क्लिक गरी ९आरबिबि स्मार्ट लेन्डिङ डिजिटल लोन पोर्टलमा जानुपर्नेछ ।” बैङ्कका अनुसार उक्त पोर्टलमा दर्ता हुन इमेल, युजरनेम र पासवर्ड राखी युजर रजिष्टेसनमार्फत दर्ता गर्नुपर्नेछ ।

Kathmandu. National Commercial Bank has launched an online loan application service from today.
The bank has started the online loan application service with a focus on effective customer service in line with the 100-day work plan for government reform.
Pawan Regmi, Deputy Executive Director and Information Officer of National Commercial Bank, stated that the bank has introduced the facility to apply for loans online from home through digital means to fully address the queries and doubts of the customer segment regarding the loan acquisition process, necessary documents, and the status of their application.
“Through this effort of the bank, the loan process will be made faster, hassle-free, and transparent,” he said, “To apply for an online loan, you need to click on the online loan application link on the bank's official website and go to the 9NRB Smart Lending Digital Loan Portal.” According to the bank, to register on the portal, you need to register with an email, username, and password.
