Nepal Life Capital to Issue Rights Shares

Nepal Life Capital Limited has decided to issue rights shares to its founder shareholders. The company plans to sell rights shares at a ratio of 1:0.50, equivalent to 50% of its paid-up capital. Under this plan, 1,499,518 ordinary rights shares with a face value of NPR 100 each will be issued from Asar 11.
According to the company's notice, applications for rights shares can be submitted until Asar 25. Founder shareholders can apply and submit their applications at Nepal Life Capital's transaction office.
Only those founder shareholders who are registered in the company's shareholder registry by Jestha 25 are eligible to apply for these rights shares.
The company aims to strengthen its capital base and raise funds for business expansion through this rights issue. This move is expected to enhance the company's financial position and increase the shareholding of its founder shareholders.
