यस बैंकका ५ जना संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको ९०,५५० संस्थापक शेयर आंशिक वा पुरै बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक स्वीकृति पाऊँ भनी बैंकमा निवेदन गर्नु भएको र संस्थापक समूहको शेयर बिक्री गर्दा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई नै पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने र यसरी खरिद बिक्री हुन नसकेको अवस्थामा मात्र अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई सो शेयर खरिद बिक्री गर्नुपर्ने नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशन बमोजिम बैंकका सम्पूर्ण संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
तसर्थ, विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छुक हुनुभएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र के-कति रकममा खरिद गर्न इच्छुक हो सो समेत खुलाई यस बैंकको शेयर रजिष्ट्रारको कार्यालय आई.टी. प्लाजा, कमलपोखरी, काठमाण्डौमा निवेदन दिनु हुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं । सो म्याद भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीको निवेदन प्राप्त हुन नआएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई उक्त शेयरहरु खरिद बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक कारवाही अघि बढाईने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैलाई जानकारी गराईन्छ । विस्तृत जानकारीको लागि बैंकको शेयर विभाग, केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गर्नहुन सूचित गरिन्छ।

35-Day Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares
This notice has been published for the information of all promoter shareholders of this bank, as 5 promoter shareholders of this bank have applied to the bank for necessary approval to sell partially or fully 90,550 promoter shares registered in their names. As per the directive of Nepal Rastra Bank, when selling shares of the promoter group, existing promoter shareholders must be given first priority, and only if the shares cannot be bought or sold in this manner, then other individuals or institutions may purchase or sell them.
Therefore, if any existing promoter shareholder is interested in purchasing these promoter shares, they are requested to submit an application to the bank's Share Registrar's Office at I.T. Plaza, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, specifying the amount at which they are willing to purchase. If no application is received from existing promoter shareholders within this period, necessary action will be taken to sell these shares to other individuals or institutions as per prevailing regulations.
