यस एनएमबि बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनी श्री शंकर लाल अग्रवाले आफ्नो नाममा कायम रहेको २४,३१२ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्नका लागि निवेदन दिनु भएकोमा संस्थापक शेयर खरिद बिक्री गर्दा बैंकका अन्य विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था भए बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीका लागि संचालक समितिको बैठकले सूचना प्रकाशित गर्ने निर्णय गरे अनुसार संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आजको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न गरी कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालय, बबरमहल, काठमाडौँमा निवेदन दिनुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं । उपरोक्त समयभित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुबाट शेयर खरिद गर्ने निवेदन प्राप्त भएमा खरीदकर्ता र बिक्रीकर्ताको आपसी सहमतिमा खरिद बिक्री गर्ने र कुनै निवेदन प्राप्त नभएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थालाई संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक कारवाही अगाडि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

This is to inform that Mr. Shankar Lal Agrawal, a promoter shareholder of NMB Bank, has applied to sell २४,३१२ units of promoter shares registered in his name. As per the arrangement that existing promoter shareholders of the bank should be given priority when buying and selling promoter shares, and as per the decision of the Board of Directors to publish this notice for the information of promoter shareholders, existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing promoter shares are requested to submit an application with necessary documents within ३५ (thirty-five) days from today's date to the Company Secretary's Office, Babarmahal, Kathmandu. If applications to purchase shares are received from existing promoter shareholders within the aforementioned period, the purchase and sale will be conducted based on mutual agreement between the buyer and seller. If no applications are received, or if no agreement is reached, necessary action will be taken to sell the promoter shares to other individuals/institutions as per prevailing regulations. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
