एनएमबि बैंक लिमिटेडले विभिन्न शेयरधनीहरूको स्वामित्वमा रहेको १ लाख २३ हजार ३२४ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि बिक्रीमा खुला गरेको छ। यसअघि संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले मात्रै खरिद गर्न पाउने गरी बिक्रीमा ल्याइएको भए पनि अब सर्वसाधारणलाई पनि खरिदको अवसर प्रदान गरिएको छ।
शेयर बिक्रीको परिमाण: बैंकले १ लाख २३ हजार ३२४ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीमा राखेको छ।
आवेदन प्रक्रिया: इच्छुक व्यक्ति वा संस्थाले आवश्यक कागजातसहित ७ दिनभित्र शेयर बिक्री प्रबन्धक एनएमबि क्यापिटलको कार्यालय, बालुवाटार, काठमाडौंमा निवेदन पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ।
खरिद बिक्री प्रक्रिया: शेयर खरिदकर्ताले विक्रेतासँग आपसी सहमति गरेर शेयर खरिदबिक्री गर्न सक्नेछन्।
NMB Bank Limited has opened the sale of 123,324 promoter shares, previously held by various shareholders, to the general public. Initially, these shares were available for purchase only by promoter shareholders, but now the opportunity has been extended to the public as well.
Number of Shares for Sale: The bank has made 123,324 promoter shares available for sale.
Application Process: Interested individuals or institutions must submit their applications along with the necessary documents within 7 days to the share sales manager, NMB Capital's office, located in Baluatar, Kathmandu.
Buying and Selling Process: Buyers will be able to purchase shares through mutual agreement with the sellers.
