यस बैंकका तपसिल बमोजिमका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा कायम संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने इच्छा गरी आवश्यक बन्दोबस्त गरिदिन निवेदन गरेकाले संस्थापक शेयर खरिद/बिक्री गर्दा बैंकका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था भएकाले प्रस्तावित संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक बैंकका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ। प्रस्तावित शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले तोके बमोजिमको Fit & Proper Test को मापदण्ड पुरा हुने आवश्यक कागजात सहित यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिनभित्र यस बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बबरमहल, काठमाडौँमा शेयर खरिदका लागि निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ। उक्त म्यादभित्र प्रस्तावित शेयर खरिद गर्न विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले निवेदन नदिएमा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी बाहेकका अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थालाई शेयर बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धमा आवश्यक कारवाही अघि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचनाद्वारा जानकारी गराईन्छ।

This notice has been published for the information of existing promoter shareholders of the bank who are interested in purchasing the proposed promoter shares, as the promoter shareholders listed below have applied to sell the promoter shares held in their names and arrangements have been made to give priority to the existing promoter shareholders of the bank when buying/selling promoter shares. Existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing the proposed shares are hereby informed to submit an application for share purchase at the bank's central office, Babarmahal, Kathmandu, within ३५ days from the date of publication of this notice, along with necessary documents fulfilling the Fit & Proper Test criteria as specified by Nepal Rastra Bank. It is also informed through this notice that if the existing promoter shareholders do not submit an application to purchase the proposed shares within the said period, necessary action will be taken to sell the shares to other individuals/institutions apart from the existing promoter shareholders.
