१० वर्ष अवधि तथा वार्षिक ६.२५% ब्याजदर भएको “६.२५% प्राइम बैंक डिबेन्चर २०८३” को सार्वजनिक निष्काशन तथा बिक्री खुल्ला भईरहेको बारेको सूचना
प्राइम कमर्सियल बैंक लिमिटेडको १० वर्ष अवधि तथा वार्षिक ६.२५ प्रतिशत ब्याजदर भएको “६.२५% प्राइम बैंक डिबेन्चर २०८३” नामक प्रति ऋणपत्रको अंकित मूल्य रु.१,०००/- दरका कुल ३०,००,००० कित्ता ऋणपत्र मध्ये व्यक्तिगत तवर (Private Placement) बाट १८,००,००० कित्ता तथा सर्वसाधारणमा १२,००,००० कित्ता ऋणपत्र (५ प्रतिशत अर्थात ६०,००० कित्ता ऋणपत्र सामुहिक लगानी कोषहरुलाई बाँडफाँड गरिएको समेत) सर्वसाधारण नेपालीहरुको लागि मिति २०८३/०३/१६ गतेदेखि मिति २०८३/०३/१९ (छिटोमा) गते निष्काशन तथा बिक्री खुल्ला गर्ने भनिएकोमा माग बमोजिम आवेदन प्राप्त हुन नआएकोले विवरणपत्रको दफा २२ (ठ) मा भएको व्यवस्था बमोजिम ढिलोमा मिति २०८३/०३/३० गते बन्द हुने गरी निष्काशन तथा बिक्री खुल्ला रहने व्यहोरा जानकारी गराउँदछौं ।
साथै, माग भन्दा बढी आवेदन प्राप्त भएमा मिति २०८३ आषाढ ३० गते भन्दा अगावै सूचना प्रकाशन गरी निष्काशन तथा बिक्री बन्द गरिने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

दरखास्तसाथ एकमुष्ठ रु.१,०००/- प्रति ऋणपत्रका दरले भुक्तानी माग गरिएको

१. सर्वसाधारणले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट इजाजतपत्र प्राप्त सि-आस्बा (C-ASBA) सेवामा सहभागी बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरु र तिनका तोकिएका शाखा कार्यालयहरु तथा सिडिएस एण्ड क्लियरिङ्ग लिमिटेडबाट निर्माण गरिएको सफ्टवेयर “मेरो शेयर” अनलाइन प्रयोग गरी सि-आस्बा (C-ASBA) प्रणाली मार्फत आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ ।
२. व्यक्तिगत तवर (Private Placement) बाट संगठित संस्थाहरुलाई बिक्री गरिने ऋणपत्र निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक र निष्काशनकर्ता कम्पनीको आपसी सहमतिमा खरिदकर्ताहरु खोजी गरि बिक्री वितरण गरिनेछ ।
नोट: व्यक्तिगत तवर (Private Placement) बाट माग भन्दा बढी आवेदन प्राप्त हुन आएको व्यहोरा समेत जानकारी गराउँदछौं ।
ऋणपत्र निष्काशन बन्द हुने मिति : २०८३/०३/३० गते बैंकिङ्ग समय पश्चात
लगानीकर्ताले धितोपत्र सार्वजनिक निष्काशनमा लिखित वा विद्युतीय माध्यमबाट आवेदन दिंदा अनिवार्य रुपमा उक्त निष्काशनको लागि तयार गरेको विवरण पत्र पढी आफ्नो स्वःविवेकले दरखास्त दिनुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
Notice regarding the public issuance and sale of "6.25% Prime Bank Debenture 2083" with a 10-year maturity period and an annual interest rate of 6.25%
Prime Commercial Bank Limited had announced the public issuance and sale of "6.25% Prime Bank Debenture 2083" with a 10-year maturity period and an annual interest rate of 6.25% from २०८३/०३/१६ to २०८३/०३/१९ (earliest closing date) for the general Nepali public. Out of the total ३०,००,००० units of debentures with a face value of रु.१,०००/- per unit, १८,००,००० units were for Private Placement and १२,००,००० units for the general public (including ५ percent or ६०,००० units allocated to collective investment schemes). As applications were not received as per demand, we would like to inform you that the issuance and sale will remain open until २०८३/०३/३० (latest closing date) as per the provision in Clause २२ (ठ) of the prospectus.
Furthermore, if applications are received in excess of demand, the issuance and sale will be closed earlier than २०८३ आषाढ ३०, and this notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
Minimum debentures that can be applied for: २५ units
Maximum debentures that can be applied for: All units
Payment of रु.१,०००/- per debenture is required in full with the application.
S.N. Place to obtain and submit application forms:
१. General public can apply through the C-ASBA system using the "Mero Share" online software developed by CDS and Clearing Limited, available at C-ASBA participating banks and financial institutions and their designated branch offices, which are licensed by the Nepal Securities Board.
२. For Private Placement, debentures will be sold to organized institutions, and buyers will be sought and distributed through mutual agreement between the issue manager and the issuing company.
Note: We would also like to inform you that applications received for Private Placement were not in excess of demand.
Debenture issuance closing date: After banking hours on २०८३/०३/३०
Investors are requested to apply at their own discretion after reading the prospectus prepared for this public issuance, whether applying in written or electronic form.
