प्राइम कमर्सियल बैंक लिमिटेडले संस्थापक समूहको ५ लाख ५ हजार १८६ कित्ता शेयर बिक्रीमा राखेको छ। बैंकले आफ्ना शेयरहरू विद्यमान संस्थापक, योग्य व्यक्ति, कम्पनीहरू, र संघसंस्थाहरूलाई बिक्री गर्ने जनाएको छ। शेयरको न्यूनतम मूल्य प्रतिकित्ता १०७ रुपियाँ तोकिएको छ। इच्छुक खरिदकर्ताले सम्पूर्ण कित्ता खरिदका लागि गोप्य शिलबन्दी बोलपत्र पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ।
बोलपत्र फाराम आज (माघ १३ गते) देखि २० गतेसम्म कार्यालय समयभित्र बैंकको शेयर रजिष्ट्रार प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, कमलादी, काठमाडौंमा बुझाउन सकिनेछ। यस कदमले बैंकको पूँजी वृद्धि र संस्थापक शेयरधारीहरूको संख्या थप गर्न मद्दत गर्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Prime Commercial Bank Limited has put up for sale 505,186 shares of the founder group. The bank has stated that it will sell its shares to existing founders, eligible individuals, companies, and organizations. The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs. 107 per share. Interested buyers will have to submit confidential sealed bids for the purchase of the entire shares.
Bid forms can be submitted to the bank's share registrar, Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, during office hours from today (Magh 13) to 20.
