नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको धितोपत्र दर्ता तथा निष्काशन नियमावली, २०७३ को नियम २४ (ग) उपनियम ४ बमोजिम, यस रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ्ग मिल्स लिमिटेडको रु. १ (एक) अर्ब नब्बे करोड (१,९०,००,००,०००) को १०.१४ प्रतिशतले हुन आउने कूल १,९०,६४० (एक लाख नब्बे हजार छ सय चालीस) कित्ता शेयर योग्य संस्थागत लगानीकर्ताहरुलाई छुट्याईएको शेयरको लक-ईन (LOCK-IN) अवधि सुचिकरण भएको मिति २०७७ साल चैत्र ३१ गतेसम्म रहेको छ । उक्त शेयरको लक-ईन (LOCK-IN) अवधि समाप्त भएकोले सम्बन्धित नियामक निकायहरु तथा सम्पूर्ण लगानीकर्ता एवं सरोकारवालाहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

Urgent Notice Regarding Expiry of Lock-In Period for Investors
As per Sub-rule 4 of Rule 24 (g) of the Securities Registration and Issuance Regulations, 2073 of Nepal Securities Board, the lock-in period for १,९०,६४० (one lakh ninety thousand six hundred forty) units of shares allocated to eligible institutional investors, which constitutes १०.१४ percent of the total capital of Rs. १ (one) billion ninety crores (१,९०,००,००,०००) of Reliance Spinning Mills Limited, has expired on २०७७ Chaitra ३१. This notice has been published for the information of concerned regulatory bodies and all investors and stakeholders as the lock-in period for the said shares has ended.
