यस सांग्रिला डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेडको संस्थापक शेयरधनी श्री इन्द्र प्रसाद शेरचनले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको १५,०२७ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न ईच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनुभएको र उक्त निवेदन सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुऱ्याई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघी बढाउने निर्णय भएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन ईच्छुक हाल कायम यस सांग्रिला डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक एकीकृत निर्देशन नं. १०/२०८२ को बुँदा १५ (ख) मा रहेकोले संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागी यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । यदि कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावलाई उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन ईच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागज प्रमाण संलग्न गरी यस बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बालुवाटार, काठमाण्डौमा के कति कित्ता शेयर खरिद गरी लिनुहुने हो सो को व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनुहुन सुचित गरिन्छ ।
संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिने सम्बन्धमा तोकिएको उक्त म्याद भित्र कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्तिलाई बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धी आवश्यक कारबाही अघी बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागी यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

Mr. Indra Prasad Sherchan, a promoter shareholder of Shangrila Development Bank Ltd., has submitted an application expressing his desire to sell १५,०२७ units of promoter shares registered in his name. As the Board of Directors' meeting decided to proceed with the sale process after due diligence, and as per Nepal Rastra Bank Unified Directive No. १०/२०८२, Clause १५ (ख), existing promoter shareholders of Shangrila Development Bank Ltd. must be given priority for purchasing such promoter shares, this notice has been published for their information. If any promoter shareholder is interested in purchasing these promoter shares, they are requested to submit an application within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice, along with necessary documents and proof, to the bank's Central Office in Balwatar, Kathmandu, clearly stating the number of shares they wish to purchase.
Furthermore, for the information of all concerned, if no application is received from existing promoter shareholders within the specified period for purchasing the promoter shares, necessary actions will be taken to sell them to other individuals as per prevailing regulations.
