यस वित्तीय संस्थाका तपशिलका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न वित्तीय संस्था समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन संचालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुर्याई बिक्री गर्न प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएको हुँदा संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्दा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीलाई प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशनको व्यवस्था बमोजिम विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । अतः संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतिस) दिन भित्र (सो दिन सार्वजनिक बिदा परेमा सोको भोलिपल्ट अर्थात् कार्यालय खुलेको दिन) कार्यालय समय भित्र आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न गरी यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बनेपा-५, काभ्रेपलाञ्चोक स्थित प्रशासन विभागमा लिखित निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ ।
तोकिएको म्याद भित्र निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा वा प्राप्त निवेदनबाट उल्लेखित सम्पूर्ण शेयर बिक्री नभएमा प्रचलित कानुन/व्यवस्था बमोजिम अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने गरी आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराइन्छ ।

३५-Day Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares
First Publication Date: २०८०/०४/२४
The promoter shareholders of this financial institution listed in the details below have submitted an application to the financial institution to sell the promoter shares held in their names, and upon presenting the said application to the meeting of the Board of Directors, a decision was made to proceed with the sale process after completing due process. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Nepal Rastra Bank directives requiring priority to be given to existing promoter shareholders when selling promoter shares, this notice is published for the information of existing promoter shareholders. Hence, interested existing promoter shareholders wishing to purchase the promoter shares are informed to submit a written application along with necessary documents to the Administration Department at the Central Office of this financial institution located in Banepa-५, Kavrepalanchowk, within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the publication date of this notice (or the next working day if the last day falls on a public holiday) during office hours.
If no application is submitted within the specified deadline, or if all the mentioned shares are not sold from the applications received, this notice also informs that necessary processes will be initiated to sell the promoter shares to other persons or institutions in accordance with prevailing laws/regulations.
