साधारण सेयरमा हकदाबी सम्बन्धी अत्यन्त जरुरी सूचना।

यस कम्पनीमा रहेको अभिलेख अनुसार दर्तावाला तपसिल बमोजिमका सेयरधनीहरुबाट सेयर प्रमाणपत्र हराएका/नष्ट भएकोले प्रतिलिपि पाऊँ भनी निवेदन पेस हुन आएकोले उक्त सेयर उपर तल उल्लिखित निवेदकहरु बाहेक अन्य कसैको हकदाबी भए सोको सबुत प्रमाण सहित यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिनभित्र यस कम्पनीमा दाबी गर्नुहुन सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । अन्यथा उल्लिखित सेयरहरु निवेदकहरुको मागदाबी बमोजिम भड्जाने तथा म्यादभित्र रीतपूर्वक प्राप्त नभएको निवेदन उपर कुनै कारबाही नहुने व्यहोरा समेत अनुरोध छ ।

According to the records of this company, applications have been received from the registered shareholders mentioned in the details below, requesting duplicate share certificates as their original share certificates have been lost/destroyed. Therefore, this notice is published for the information of all concerned, stating that if anyone other than the applicants mentioned below has a claim on the said shares, they should submit their claim with supporting evidence to this company within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice. Otherwise, it is also requested that no action will be taken on applications not received formally within the deadline, and the mentioned shares will be disbursed as per the demand of the applicants.
