यस लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाको देहायका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले देहाय बमोजिमको संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने इच्छा गरी वित्तीय संस्था समक्ष निवेदन गर्नु भएकोमा संस्थापक शेयर खरिद बिक्री गर्दा वित्तीय संस्थाका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था भएकोले संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न ईच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई प्रस्तावित संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरिलिन ईच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न गरी वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय धुलिखेल, काभ्रेपलाञ्चोकमा सम्पर्क राखी शेयर खरिद गर्न निवेदन दिनु हुन सूचित गरिन्छ । उक्त शेयरको बिक्री मूल्य बिक्रेताले तोके बमोजिम हुनेछ ।
उक्त म्याद भित्र प्रस्तावित संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरिलिन वित्तीय संस्थाका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको तर्फबाट निवेदन प्राप्त हुन नआएमा प्रस्तावित संस्थापक शेयर विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी बाहेकका अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थालाई बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धमा आवश्यक कार्यवाही अघि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचनाद्वारा जानकारी गराईन्छ ।

Notice regarding 35-day promoter share sale

This microfinance financial institution has received applications from the following promoter shareholders expressing their desire to sell promoter shares as per the details below. As there is a provision to give priority to the existing promoter shareholders of the financial institution when buying and selling promoter shares, this notice has been published for the information of existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing promoter shares.
Existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing the proposed promoter shares are hereby informed to contact the central office of the financial institution in Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchok, within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice, attaching the necessary documents, to submit an application for share purchase. The selling price of the said shares will be as determined by the seller.
It is also informed by this notice that if no application is received from the existing promoter shareholders of the financial institution to purchase the proposed promoter shares within the said period, necessary action will be taken to sell the proposed promoter shares to other individuals/institutions apart from the existing promoter shareholders.
