Kathmandu — Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has announced various plans for controlling revenue leakage through the budget.

Wagle said smuggling in border areas will be controlled through technology-friendly surveillance and joint market monitoring.

The Finance Minister said agreements to exchange information with cross-border customs administrations before goods arrive will be further expanded.
