Bonus Shares of Two Companies Listed on NEPSE

On Friday, the bonus shares of two different companies were listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). A total of 3,765,195.164 bonus shares from these companies have been listed.

According to NEPSE, Mountain Energy Nepal listed 2,952,040.5 bonus shares, and National Microfinance Financial Institution listed 813,154.664 bonus shares. Once listed on NEPSE, the shareholders of these companies can trade these shares in their beneficiary accounts.

National Microfinance listed its 7.5 percent bonus shares, approved during its annual general meeting held on Chaitra 16. Similarly, Mountain Energy Nepal listed its 15 percent bonus shares, approved during its annual general meeting held on Chaitra 13.
