Nepal Oil Corporation Limited has increased the prices of petrol and diesel.

Nepal Oil Corporation Limited has increased the prices of petrol and diesel based on the new purchase prices from Indian Oil Corporation. According to the new price, the price of petrol has increased by NPR 2.24 per liter and diesel by NPR 3.55 per liter.

As per the decision of the corporation's board, the new retail prices will come into effect from 00:01 AM today (January 16, 2025, Magh 03, 2081), with an increase of NPR 2 per liter for petrol and NPR 3 per liter for diesel/kerosene

The new prices will apply to areas in the first class, including Charali, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Amlekhganj, Bhawari, Nepalganj, Dhangadhi, and Birgunj; in the second class, including Surkhet and Dang; and in the third class, including Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Dipayal.
