एशियन लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड (ALICL) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको नाफाबाट शेयरधनीलाई वितरण गर्न लाभांश घोषणा गरेको छ।
जेठ २५ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले ५.१० प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र सोको कर प्रयोजनका लागि ०.२६८४ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।
उक्त लाभांश बीमा प्राधिकरणको स्वीकृति र कम्पनीको आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट पारित भएपछि वितरण गरिनेछ।
Asian Life Insurance Company Limited (ALICL) has announced dividend distribution from the profit of the last fiscal year. According to the decision made during the board meeting held on Jestha 25, the company will distribute a 5.10% bonus share to its shareholders along with a 0.2684% cash dividend for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend will be distributed only after it receives approval from the Insurance Board and is endorsed by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company
