सर्वसाधारणबाट उठेको रकम दुरुपयोग नहोस् भन्नका लागि बोर्डले पुँजी उपयोगको स्पष्ट योजना साधारणसभाबाटै पारित गराउनुपर्ने व्यवस्थासमेत प्रस्ताव गरेको छ । आईपीओबाट संकलित रकम पूर्वस्वीकृत उद्देश्यबाहेक अन्यत्र खर्च गर्न पाइने छैन र कम्पनीले अनिवार्य रूपमा आन्तरिक जोखिम व्यवस्थापन प्रणाली लागू गर्नुपर्नेछ । यो निर्देशिका लागू भएपछि पुँजी बजारमा वित्तीय रूपले सबल र सुशासन कायम गरेका कम्पनीहरूले मात्र प्रवेश पाउने सुनिश्चित हुनेछ ।To prevent the misuse of funds raised from the general public, the Board has proposed that a clear plan for capital utilization must be endorsed by the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM). Funds collected through an IPO cannot be diverted to areas other than the pre-approved objectives, and companies must mandatorily implement an internal risk management system. Once these guidelines are implemented, it will ensure that only financially robust and well-governed companies gain entry into the capital market.
