काठमाडौं — बेनी हाइड्रोपावर प्रोजेक्ट लिमिटेडले आफ्नो धितोपत्रसम्बन्धी सम्पूर्ण कार्य गर्नका लागि प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेडलाई सेयर रजिस्ट्रार नियुक्त गरेको छ। कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको निर्णयअनुसार उक्त नियुक्ति गरिएको हो।
कम्पनीले जारी गरेको सूचनाअनुसार अब बेनी हाइड्रोपावरको धितोपत्रसम्बन्धी अभिलेख राख्ने, सेयर अभौतिकीकरण गर्ने, प्रमाणपत्र वितरण गर्ने र नामसारी लगायतका सम्पूर्ण काम प्रभु क्यापिटलमार्फत हुनेछ।
प्रभु क्यापिटल प्रभु बैंक लिमिटेडको सहायक कम्पनी हो र यसको कार्यालय काठमाडौंको कमलादीमा रहेको छ। बेनी हाइड्रोपावरले आफ्ना सम्पूर्ण सेयरधनी तथा सम्बन्धित सरोकारवालालाई यसै सूचनामार्फत जानकारी गराएको छ।
Kathmandu — Beni Hydropower Project Limited has appointed Prabhu Capital Limited as its share registrar to manage all of its securities-related activities. This appointment was made in accordance with the decision of the company's board of directors.
According to the official notice issued by the company, all share-related operations—including maintaining securities records, dematerialization of shares, distribution of share certificates, and share transfers—will now be handled exclusively through Prabhu Capital.
Prabhu Capital, a subsidiary of Prabhu Bank Limited, is located in Kamaladi, Kathmandu. Through this notice, Beni Hydropower has formally informed all its shareholders and concerned stakeholders about the new regulatory arrangement.
