बिन्ध्याबासिनी हाइड्रोपावर डेभलपमेन्ट कम्पनी लिमिटेडले चालु आर्थिक वर्षको तेस्रो त्रैमाससम्म ६ करोड ६३ लाख ५० हजार रुपैयाँ खुद नाफा कमाएको छ, जुन गत वर्षको यसै अवधिको तुलनामा ६.७७% कम हो। गत वर्ष यस कम्पनीले ७ करोड ११ लाख रुपैयाँ खुद मुनाफा आर्जन गरेको थियो।
विद्युत बिक्रीबाट हुने आम्दानी ३० करोड ६७ लाखबाट बढेर ३० करोड ७४ लाख रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ, जसले विद्युत बिक्रीमा केही सुधार देखाएको संकेत गर्छ। वित्तीय खर्च १० करोड ४४ लाखबाट घटेर १० करोड ८ लाख रुपैयाँ कायम भएको छ। यद्यपि, मेसिनहरूको मर्मत खर्च बढेको कारण नाफामा कमी आएको हो।

Bindhyabasini Hydro Power Development Company Limited has reported a net profit of NPR 63.35 million for the third quarter of the current fiscal year, a 6.77% decrease compared to the same period last year. Last year, the company earned a net profit of NPR 71.1 million.
The company’s revenue from electricity sales increased slightly from NPR 30.67 million to NPR 30.74 million. Financial expenses have decreased from NPR 104.4 million to NPR 10.8 million. However, an increase in maintenance costs for machinery led to a reduction in profit.
The company has a paid-up capital of NPR 1.12 billion, with additional equity of NPR 11.46 million. The earnings per share (EPS) stand at NPR 5.87, and the net worth per share is NPR 110.15.
