यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक सेयरधनी श्री दिनेश कुमार शाहले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको कुल ४,४१४ (चार हजार चार सय चौध) कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर न्यूनतम प्रति कित्ता मूल्य रु. ४७५।- कायम रहने गरी बिक्री गर्न ईच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा पेस हुँदा रित पुऱ्याई बिक्री गर्न प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएकोले उक्त संस्थापक सेयर खरिद गरी लिन ईच्छुक हाल कायम यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरुलाई नै पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनु पर्ने प्रावधान भएकाले संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र (अन्तिम दिन बिदा परेमा कार्यालय खुलेको दिन) सम्बन्धित सेयरधनीसँग समन्वय गरी आवश्यक कागजात प्रमाण संलग्न गरी वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, मध्यबानेश्वर, काठमाडौँमा आफुले खरिद गर्ने सेयर कित्ताको व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनु हुन सूचित गरिन्छ । संस्थापक सेयर खरिद गरी लिने सम्बन्धमा तोकिएको उक्त म्याद भित्र हाल कायम संस्थापक सेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको निवेदन पेस हुन नआएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्ति / संस्थालाई बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धी आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अघि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
Urgent Notice for Promoter Shareholders interested in purchasing Promoter Shares

Mr. Dinesh Kumar Shah, a promoter shareholder of this financial institution, has expressed his desire to sell a total of ४,४१४ (four thousand four hundred fourteen) units of promoter shares at a minimum price of रु. ४७५।- per unit. As his application was duly processed and approved by the Board of Directors meeting to proceed with the sale, and since there is a provision to give first priority to the existing promoter shareholders of this financial institution who are interested in purchasing these promoter shares, this notice has been published for the information of promoter shareholders. Within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice (if the last day falls on a holiday, then on the next working day), interested shareholders are requested to coordinate with the concerned shareholder, attach necessary documents and proofs, and submit an application to the central office of the financial institution at Madhyabaneshwor, Kathmandu, clearly stating the number of shares they wish to purchase. If applications from existing promoter shareholders are not received within the specified period for purchasing these promoter shares, the necessary process for selling to other individuals/institutions as per prevailing regulations will be initiated. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
