छिमेक लघुवित्तको संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमा Chhimek Laghubitta Puts Founder Shares Up for Sale
छिमेक लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाले संस्थापक सेयरधनीको नाममा रहेको १ लाख कित्ता सेयर बिक्री खुला गरेको छ। प्रतिकित्ता न्यूनतम मूल्य ४४५ रुपैयाँ तोकिएको यो सेयरमा विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीले आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। इच्छुक संस्थापकले फागुन १९ गते सोमबारबाट ३५ दिनभित्र कम्पनीको मध्यबानेश्वर, काठमाडौंस्थित केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा निवेदन पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ। यदि उक्त अवधिमा संस्थापकबाट आवेदन नपरेमा सेयर अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई बिक्री गरिने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
Chhimek Laghubitta Financial Institution has announced the sale of 100,000 founder shares. The minimum price per share has been set at NPR 445, and existing founder shareholders of the company are eligible to apply. Interested founders must submit their applications to the company’s central office in Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu, within 35 days starting from Monday, March 3 (Falgun 19, 2081). If no applications are received from existing founders within this period, the shares will be offered to other individuals or entities, as stated by the company.
