नागरिक लगानी कोष को नाफा ९.६८ प्रतिशतले वृद्धि, लगानी ३११ अर्ब रुपैयाँ नाघ्योCitizen Investment Trust Profit Rises by 9.68%, Investments Cross NPR 311 Billion
नागरिक लगानी कोष ले चालु आर्थिक वर्षको तेस्रो त्रैमाससम्मको अपरिष्कृत वित्तीय विवरण सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। विवरणअनुसार कोषको नाफा तथा आम्दानी दुवैमा सकारात्मक वृद्धि देखिएको छ। समीक्षा अवधिसम्म कोषले ९८ करोड ६० लाख रुपैयाँ खुद नाफा आर्जन गरेको छ, जुन गत आर्थिक वर्षको सोही अवधिको तुलनामा ९.६८ प्रतिशत बढी हो। अघिल्लो वर्ष यही अवधिमा कोषको खुद नाफा ८१ करोड ९० लाख रुपैयाँ रहेको थियो। सेवा शुल्क, कमिसन तथा ब्याज आम्दानीमार्फत कोषले कुल १ अर्ब ६४ करोड रुपैयाँ आम्दानी गरेको छ, जबकि गत वर्ष सोही अवधिमा यस्तो आम्दानी १ अर्ब ५२ करोड रुपैयाँ थियो। व्यवस्थापन तथा सञ्चालन खर्च नियन्त्रणमा रहँदा कर अघिको नाफा १ अर्ब ३१ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको कोषले जनाएको छ।
कोषको वित्तीय आधार पनि बलियो देखिएको छ। सार्वजनिक विवरणअनुसार कोषको कुल स्रोत ३३० अर्ब ५९ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ, जसमा विभिन्न अवकाश कोष तथा खुल्लामुखी सामूहिक लगानी योजनाको उल्लेखनीय योगदान रहेको छ। संकलित रकममध्ये कोषले ३११ अर्ब ४९ करोड रुपैयाँ विभिन्न क्षेत्रमा लगानी गरेको छ। यसअन्तर्गत नेपाल सरकारका ऋणपत्र, बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाको मुद्दती निक्षेप, साथै संगठित संस्थाका शेयर तथा डिबेन्चरमा लगानी गरिएको छ। केवल मुद्दती निक्षेपमै कोषको १३४ अर्ब ३५ करोड रुपैयाँ लगानी रहेको देखिएको छ। वित्तीय सूचकहरूका आधारमा कोषको आम्दानी, लगानी विस्तार तथा वित्तीय स्थायित्व सुदृढ बन्दै गएको देखिन्छ।
Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) has published its unaudited financial statement for the third quarter of the current fiscal year, showing growth in both profit and income compared to the same period last year. According to the report, the Trust earned a net profit of NPR 986 million during the review period, marking a 9.68 percent increase from NPR 819 million recorded in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. CIT’s total income from service charges, commissions, and interest earnings reached NPR 1.64 billion, up from NPR 1.52 billion in the same period last year. With controlled management and operational expenses, the Trust’s profit before tax stood at NPR 1.31 billion.
The financial position of the Trust also appears strong. CIT’s total fund size has reached NPR 330.59 billion, supported largely by retirement funds and open-ended collective investment schemes. Out of the collected resources, the Trust has invested NPR 311.49 billion across various sectors, including Government of Nepal securities, fixed deposits in banks and financial institutions, and shares and debentures of organized institutions. Among these, NPR 134.35 billion has been invested in fixed deposits alone. The latest financial indicators reflect steady growth in CIT’s earnings, investment expansion, and overall financial stability.
