सिटिजन्स बैंक इन्टरनेसनल लिमिटेडका संस्थापक समूहका शेयरधनी श्री विनय कुमार शर्माले ४५,३७९.०६/- कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्नको लागि यस बैंकमा निवेदन दिनु भएकोमा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशन बमोजिम संस्थापक समूहको शेयर खरिद/बिक्री गर्दा आफ्नै संस्थापकलाई पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनु पर्ने र यसरी खरिद/बिक्री गर्दा सो शेयर खरिद/बिक्री हुन नसकेको अवस्थामा मात्र अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशनको अधिनमा रही उपरोक्त शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्नु पर्ने भएकोले बैंकका सम्पूर्ण संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
अतः कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनीलाई उपरोक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरि लिन इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिनभित्र बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय नारायणहिटी पथमा निवेदन दिनु हुन अनुरोध छ। अन्यथा सो म्याद व्यतित भए पश्चात सर्वसाधारणलाई बिक्रीको लागि प्रक्रिया अगाडी बढाईने छ।

Mr. Binay Kumar Sharma, a promoter shareholder of Citizens Bank International Limited, has submitted an application to this bank for the sale of ४५,३७९.०६ promoter shares. As per the integrated directive of Nepal Rastra Bank, when buying/selling promoter shares, first priority must be given to existing promoters. Only if those shares cannot be bought/sold by existing promoters, then the aforementioned shares can be sold to other individuals or institutions under the integrated directive of Nepal Rastra Bank. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all promoter shareholders of the bank.
Hence, if any promoter shareholder wishes to purchase the aforementioned promoter shares, they are requested to submit an application to the bank's Central Office, Narayanhiti Path, within ३५ days from the date of publication of this notice. Otherwise, after the expiry of that period, the process for selling to the general public will be initiated.
