सिटिजन्स बैंक इन्टरनेसनल लिमिटेडका संस्थापक समूहका शेयरधनी श्री क्षितिज भुसाले ४३,९३९.२१ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्नको लागि यस बैंकमा निवेदन दिनु भएकोमा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशन बमोजिम संस्थापक समूहको शेयर खरिद/बिक्री गर्दा आफ्नै संस्थापकलाई पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनु पर्ने र यसरी खरिद/बिक्री गर्दा सो शेयर खरिद/बिक्री हुन नसकेको अवस्थामा मात्र अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशनको अधिनमा रही उपरोक्त शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्नु पर्ने भएकोले बैंकका सम्पूर्ण संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८३/०१/१८ को नेपाली हिमालय टाइम्स राष्ट्रिय दैनिक पत्रिकामा सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा यस बैंकको कुनै पनि संस्थापक शेयरधनीबाट उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्नको लागि निवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले सर्वसाधारणहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
अतः प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न योग्यतम सर्वसाधारण व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई उपरोक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरि लिन ईच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय नारायणीहिटी पथमा निवेदन दिनुहुन अनुरोध छ।
Notice of Citizens Bank International Limited

Regarding the application received by this bank from Mr. Kshitij Bhusal, a shareholder of the promoter group of Citizens Bank International Limited, to sell ४३,९३९.२१ units of promoter shares, as per the integrated directive of Nepal Rastra Bank, priority must be given to the bank's own promoters when buying/selling promoter shares. If the shares are not bought/sold by promoters in this manner, then only other individuals or institutions can purchase the aforementioned shares under the integrated directive of Nepal Rastra Bank. Therefore, for the information of all promoter shareholders of the bank, a notice was published in the Nepali Himalaya Times National Daily newspaper on २०८३/०१/१८. Since no application has been received from any promoter shareholder of this bank to purchase the said shares, this notice is published for the information of the general public.
Therefore, eligible general public individuals or institutions who wish to purchase the aforementioned promoter shares as per prevailing law are requested to submit an application to the bank's central office at Narayanahiti Path within ३५ days from the date of publication of this notice.
