काठमाडौँ — सरकारले नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) को प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत (सीईओ) नियुक्तिका लागि खुला प्रतिस्पर्धाबाट आवेदन माग गरेको छ।
सीईओ छनोटका लागि गठित सिफारिस समितिले योग्य नेपाली नागरिकलाई सूचना प्रकाशित भएको १५ दिनभित्र अर्थ मन्त्रालयको वित्तीय क्षेत्र व्यवस्थापन तथा संस्थान समन्वय महाशाखामा आवेदन दिन आह्वान गरेको हो।
उम्मेदवारले अर्थशास्त्र, वाणिज्य, वित्त, व्यवस्थापन, सूचना प्रविधि वा कानूनसम्बन्धी विषयमा कम्तीमा स्नातकोत्तर तह उत्तीर्ण गरेको वा चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्सी (सीए) सरहको योग्यता हासिल गरेको हुनुपर्नेछ। सम्बन्धित क्षेत्रमा १५ वर्षको कार्यअनुभवमध्ये कम्तीमा सात वर्ष व्यवस्थापकीय तहमा काम गरेको अनुभव पनि आवश्यक छ।
आवेदकको उमेर ३० वर्ष पूरा भई ६५ वर्ष ननाघेको हुनुपर्नेछ। आवेदनसँगै नेप्सेको सञ्चालन तथा विकाससम्बन्धी व्यावसायिक कार्ययोजनाको तीन प्रति खामबन्दी गरी बुझाउनुपर्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
आवेदन दस्तुर पाँच हजार रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ। नेप्सेको सीईओ पद रिक्त भएपछि सरकारले नयाँ नेतृत्व चयन प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएको हो।
Kathmandu — The government has invited applications through open competition for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
The recommendation committee formed to select the CEO has called on eligible Nepali citizens to submit their applications within 15 days of the notice’s publication. Applications must be filed with the Financial Sector Management and Corporation Coordination Division of the Ministry of Finance.
Applicants must hold at least a master’s degree in economics, commerce, finance, management, information technology or law, or possess a Chartered Accountancy (CA) or equivalent qualification. They must also have at least 15 years of professional experience in the capital market, financial sector or management, including a minimum of seven years at the managerial level.
Candidates must be between 30 and 65 years of age. They are also required to submit three sealed copies of a professional business plan prepared in accordance with the NEPSE CEO Selection and Recommendation Procedure, 2083.
The application fee has been set at Rs 5,000. The government initiated the process to appoint new leadership after the NEPSE CEO position became vacant.
