काठमाडौं — छिमेक लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडले आफ्ना लगानीकर्तालाई २५ प्रतिशत लाभांश दिने प्रस्ताव अघि सारेको छ । संस्थाको कात्तिक १८ गते सम्पन्न सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट सेयरधनीहरूलाई उक्त प्रतिफल वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो ।
प्रस्तावित लाभांशमा बोनस सेयरको तुलनामा नगदको हिस्सा केही बढी छ । संस्थाले ११.९६ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर र कर प्रयोजनसहित १३.०३ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश दिने तय गरेको छ ।
सञ्चालक समितिले अघि सारेको यो लाभांश नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट स्वीकृति पाएर संस्थाको आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट अनुमोदन भएपछि मात्र सेयरधनीको खातामा जम्मा हुनेछ ।
Kathmandu — Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced a 25 percent dividend payout for its shareholders from the profits generated during the last fiscal year. The decision was formalized during a meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Kartik 18.
The proposed distribution comprises both equity and cash, with a slightly higher allocation for the latter. The microfinance institution has pledged an 11.96 percent bonus share, alongside a 13.03 percent cash dividend which includes the mandatory tax provisions.
Investors will receive these returns only after the plan secures regulatory clearance from the central bank, Nepal Rastra Bank. Following the central bank's approval, the dividend distribution must be officially endorsed by the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
