काठमाडौँ — अपि पावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले आफ्ना लगानीकर्तालाई गत आर्थिक वर्षको कमाइबाट लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव अघि सारेको छ । कम्पनीले हाल कायम रहेको चुक्ता पुँजीबाट ५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर दिने घोषणा गरेको हो ।
बोनस सेयरमा लाग्ने कर तिर्ने प्रयोजनका लागि कम्पनीले ०.२६३२ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश पनि छुट्टाएको छ । यही कात्तिक १८ गते सम्पन्न कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले उक्त दरमा लाभांश बाँड्ने निर्णय गरेको हो ।
सञ्चालक समितिले प्रस्ताव गरेको यो लाभांश सेयरधनीले तत्कालै भने पाउने छैनन् । यसलाई विद्युत् नियमन आयोगले स्वीकृति दिएपछि र कम्पनीको आगामी वार्षिक साधारणसभाले अन्तिम अनुमोदन गरेपछि मात्रै सेयरधनीको खातामा वितरण गरिनेछ ।
Kathmandu — Api Power Company Limited has brought forward a proposal to distribute dividends to its investors from the profits of the last fiscal year. The company announced it will issue a 5 percent bonus share based on its currently maintained paid-up capital.
Alongside the bonus shares, the company has also set aside a 0.2632 percent cash dividend specifically to cover the required tax liabilities. This dividend rate was finalized during a meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on Kartik 18.
Investors, however, will not receive these returns immediately. The proposed distribution will only be deposited into shareholders' accounts after it gets the green light from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and is ultimately endorsed by the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
