क्रेष्ट माइक्रो लाइफको: सर्वसाधारणका लागि आईपीओ निष्काशनCrest Micro Life: IPO Issuance for the General Public
Crest Micro Life Insurance Limited has started issuing its IPO to the general public from today. The company has issued 1.845 million shares worth 184.5 million rupees at a rate of 100 rupees per share. Investors can apply for this IPO until March 10, 2025 (Fagun 26), and if the shares remain unsold by then, the application period will extend until March 20, 2025 (Chaitra 7).
Applications can be made for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000 shares. Applications can be submitted through C-ASBA-approved banks, financial institutions, and the Mero Share platform. NMB Ace Capital is the issue manager for this IPO.
क्रेष्ट माइक्रो लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडले आजदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि आईपीओ निष्काशन सुरु गरेको छ। कम्पनीले प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँका दरमा १८ करोड ४५ लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको १८ लाख ४५ हजार कित्ता सेयर जारी गरेको हो। यो आईपीओमा लगानीकर्ताले फागुन २६ गतेसम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन् भने सो अवधिमा नबिकेमा चैत ७ गतेसम्म म्याद थप हुनेछ।
यसमा न्यूनतम १० कित्तादेखि अधिकतम १० हजार कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सकिन्छ। सी–आस्वा प्राप्त बैंक, वित्तीय संस्था र मेरो सेयरमार्फत आवेदन गर्न सकिनेछ। एनआइएमबी एस क्यापिटल यसको बिक्री प्रबन्धक रहेको छ।
