Crest Micro Life IPO: NPR 180 Million Shares, Last Day Today!

Today, March 9, 2025 (Falgun 26), is the final day to apply for Crest Micro Life Insurance’s IPO. The company has been offering 1.845 million shares to the public at NPR 100 per share since Falgun 22, totaling NPR 184.5 million. Applications, ranging from a minimum of 10 shares to a maximum of 10,000, can be submitted via C-ASBA or Mero Share until office hours end today. The company was approved to issue 2.25 million shares in total.

Of the total, 225,000 shares were already sold to Nepalis in foreign employment. Additionally, 67,500 shares were reserved for employees and 112,500 for mutual funds, leaving 1.845 million for the public. NMB Ace Capital is the issue manager, and ICRA Nepal has assigned a ‘Double B’ rating, indicating moderate risk, valid until Bhadra 5, 2082.
