IME Life Offers Shareholders 21% Dividend

IME Life Insurance Company’s eighth annual general meeting has approved a 21% dividend distribution proposal for shareholders. Held on Falgun 25, the meeting passed a decision to distribute a 21.05264% cash dividend (including tax) based on the paid-up capital. The company had closed its books on Falgun 15 for dividend purposes.

The meeting also approved last fiscal year’s financial statements, appointed an auditor for the current year, and set their remuneration. Additionally, the board was authorized to amend the company’s memorandum and regulations, while expenses under corporate social responsibility were ratified.
