कात्तिक १९ गते, बुधबार, नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) मा दरमखोला हाइड्रो इनर्जी लिमिटेड को शेयर सूचीकृत भएको छ। यस दिन नेप्सेमा कम्पनीको कुल १ करोड ३ लाख ५ हजार कित्ता शेयर सूचीकृत भएको हो।
कम्पनीले सर्वसाधारण शेयरधनीहरुलाई वितरण गरेको ३९ लाख ५० हजार कित्ता र संस्थापक लगानीको ६३ लाख ५५ हजार कित्ता सहित कम्पनीका कुल शेयर नेप्सेमा सूचीकृत भएका हुन्।
कम्पनीको शेयर कात्तिक २० गते स्पेशल प्रि ओपन सेसनमा कारोबार सुरु भई त्यसपश्चात नियमित बजारमा कारोबार हुनेछ। पहिलो कारोबारका लागि नेप्सेले कम्पनीलाई रु. १४२ देखि रु. ४२८ सम्मको ओपनिङ्ग रेञ्ज निर्धारण गरेको छ।
नेप्सेले कम्पनीलाई DHEL स्टक टिकर प्रदान गरेको छ।
On Kartik 19 , Darmakhola Hydro Energy Limited was officially listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). A total of 10,305,000 shares of the company have been listed.
Out of the total, 3,950,000 shares were allotted to the general public, and 6,355,000 shares were held by the promoters.
The company’s shares will start trading on Kartik 20 during the special pre-open session and will continue in the regular trading session thereafter. NEPSE has provided an opening range between Rs. 142 and Rs. 428 for the first transaction.
The company has been assigned the stock ticker DHEL by NEPSE.
