DHPL's Third Quarter Results: Loss Decreases, Revenue Increases

Divyashwari Hydropower Limited (DHPL) has published its unaudited financial report for the third quarter of the current fiscal year. The company’s loss has decreased compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year.
As of the end of Chait month in the current fiscal year, the company’s loss stands at NPR 1.572 million, a significant reduction from the NPR 30.949 million loss in the same period last year. The increase in revenue from electricity sales contributed to the reduction in the loss, with sales rising from NPR 6.08 million to NPR 6.96 million. The company’s total revenue also increased from NPR 6.13 million to NPR 6.96 million.
The company’s financial expenses decreased from NPR 5.29 million to NPR 3.64 million. However, the company’s reserve fund and accumulated profit stand at a negative NPR 25.2 million.
