Diprox Microfinance Financial Institution to Sell Promoter Shares

Diprox Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has put up 25,000 promoter shares for sale.
Details of Share Sale:
25,000 promoter shares held in the name of existing promoter shareholders are up for sale.
Eligibility to Purchase:
Only existing promoter shareholders of the microfinance institution can apply to purchase these shares within 35 days.
Application Process:
Applicants must disclose the number and price of shares when applying at the corporate office of the microfinance institution in Sitapaila, Kathmandu.
Sale to Other Parties:
If the existing promoter shareholders do not purchase these shares within 35 days, the microfinance institution will offer them for sale to other individuals or institutions.
Diprox Microfinance has initiated the sale process for its promoter shares, giving priority to the existing promoter shareholders. If they do not purchase the shares within the given period, the shares will be offered to other interested parties or institutions.
