Dear Valued Shareholders,

Notice is hereby given that the Special General Meeting (SGM) of the shareholders of Dish Media Network Limited will be held on 28 July 2026 (12 Shrawan 2083) at 11 AM Nepal Time, at Registered Office, Lalitpur-25, Nepal to transact the following business.

  1. To consider and approve the issuance of right shares.
  2. To consider and approve the increase in authorized capital.
  3. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chairman.
