दोर्दी खोला जलविद्युत कम्पनीद्वारा १०० प्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर जारी हुनेDordi Khola Hydropower Company to Issue 100% Rights Shares
दोर्दी खोला जलविद्युत कम्पनीले आफ्ना लगानीकर्ताहरूका लागि १०० प्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर जारी गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीले यही चैत १९ गते मंगलबारदेखि १ः१ अनुपातमा १ करोड ५ लाख ४२ हजार ६ सय ४ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्न लागेको हो। यो शेयरको अंकित मूल्य १ सय रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ, जसअनुसार कुल १ अर्ब ५ करोड ४२ लाख ६० हजार ४ सय रुपैयाँ बराबरको शेयर जारी हुनेछ।
लगानीकर्ताहरूले २०८२ वैशाख ८ गतेसम्म सानिमा क्यापिटल, सानिमा बैंकका तोकिएका शाखा वा मेरो सेयरमार्फत आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। हाल कम्पनीको चुक्ता पुँजी १ अर्ब ५ करोड ४२ लाख ६० हजार ४ सय रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासनपछि यो रकम दोब्बर भई २ अर्ब १० करोड ८५ लाख २० हजार रुपैयाँ पुग्नेछ। यो कदमले कम्पनीको वित्तीय आधार बलियो बनाउन र भावी योजनाहरूमा लगानी विस्तार गर्न सहयोग पुग्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Dordi Khola Hydropower Company has announced the issuance of 100% rights shares for its investors. Starting from Tuesday, Chaitra 19, the company will issue 10,542,604 rights shares at a 1:1 ratio. With a face value of NPR 100 per share, the total value of the rights shares amounts to NPR 1.054 billion.
Investors can apply for the shares until Baisakh 8, 2082, through Sanima Capital, designated branches of Sanima Bank, or the Mero Share platform, as per the company’s notice.Currently, the company’s paid-up capital stands at NPR 1.054 billion. After the rights issue, its capital will double to NPR 2.108 billion. This move is expected to strengthen the company’s financial foundation and support its future expansion plans.
