End of Lock-in Period for Nyadi Hydropower Limited Shares

The lock-in period for shares of Nyadi Hydropower Limited will end on Kartik 4 (October 21). The shares owned by institutional investors, employees, and residents of the project-affected areas will be released from their lock-in restrictions on this date.

Shares in the Name of Employees of Promoter Shareholders: 0.3 million shares
Shares in the Name of Company Employees: 45,000 shares
Shares Owned by Local Residents of the Project-Affected Area: 1.5 million shares
Total Shares: 12.795 million shares
Impact of the Lock-in Period Ending:
After the public issuance, the company had a provision where promoters, project-affected local residents, and company employees could not sell their shares for 3 years.
With the end of the lock-in period, promoters, local residents, and employees will now be able to sell their shares.
Once the lock-in period ends, promoters, employees, and local residents of Nyadi Hydropower Limited will be able to sell their shares in the market, which is expected to bring new activity to the company's share trading.
