यस फरवार्ड माइक्रोफाइनान्स लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडको संस्थापक शेयरधनी समूहमा हाल रहेको ७० प्रतिशत शेयर संरचनालाई ६० प्रतिशत हुने गरी शेयरधनीहरुको शेयर संरचना प्रचलित व्यवस्था बमोजिम परिवर्तन गर्न आफ्नो शेयर अनुपातको १०% बिन्दुले सर्वसाधारण समूहमा परिवर्तन गर्ने सम्बन्धमा सम्पूर्ण संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
यसरी सर्वसाधारण शेयरमा परिवर्तन गर्न कसैलाई इच्छा नभएमा संस्थापक शेयरधनीले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ दिनभित्र यस संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, दुहबी, सुनसरीमा सम्पर्क राखी लिखित रुपमा निवेदन दिनुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं । उक्त समय भित्र सर्वसाधारण समूहको शेयरमा परिवर्तन नगर्ने भनी निवेदन प्राप्त नभएमा संस्थापक शेयर अनुपात सर्वसाधारण समूहमा परिवर्तन गर्न मञ्जुर रहेको ठानी सोही बमोजिम सर्वसाधारण समूहमा परिवर्तन गर्ने प्रक्रिया अगाडी बढाईने व्यहोरा यसै सूचनाद्वारा संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई सूचित गरिन्छ ।
15-Day Notice regarding the change in share structure of promoter shareholders

This notice has been published to inform all promoter shareholders of Forward Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited regarding the change in their share structure from the current ७० percent to ६० percent, by converting १०% of their shareholding to the public group, as per prevailing regulations.
If any promoter shareholder does not wish to convert their shares to the public group, they are requested to contact the central office of this institution in Duhabi, Sunsari, and submit a written application within १५ days from the date of publication of this notice. If no application is received within the said period stating an unwillingness to convert shares to the public group, it will be assumed that the promoter share ratio is approved for conversion to the public group, and the process for converting to the public group will be advanced accordingly. Promoter shareholders are hereby informed of this matter through this notice.
