यस गरिमा विकास बैंक लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुमध्ये केही शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुबाट संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने स्वीकृतिका लागि यस विकास बैंकमा निवेदन दिनुभएकोमा सञ्चालक समितिको मिति २०८३ जेष्ठ ८ गते सम्पन्न बैठकबाट निवेदन बमोजिम कुल ८३,८२३.४५ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीको प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाउने निर्णय भएको र नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशन बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयर खरिद बिक्री गर्दा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने तथा संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुबीच खरिद-बिक्री हुन नसकेको अवस्थामा मात्र उक्त शेयरहरु नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशनको अधिनमा रही अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थाहरुलाई बिक्री गर्नुपर्ने भएकोले यस विकास बैंकका सम्पूर्ण संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । अतः कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुलाई उपरोक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र यस विकास बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, लाजिम्पाट, काठमाण्डौमा निवेदन पेश गर्नुहुन अनुरोध छ । उक्त समय भित्र कोही कसैको निवेदन प्राप्त नभएमा नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई उपरोक्त शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत सरोकारवाला सबैको जानकारीको लागि सूचित गरिन्छ ।

Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares
Among the promoter shareholders of Garima Bikas Bank Limited, some promoter shareholders have submitted applications to this development bank for approval to sell promoter shares. Based on these applications, the Board of Directors' meeting held on २०८३ Jestha ८ has decided to proceed with the sale of a total of ८३,८२३.४५ units of promoter shares. As per the integrated directive of Nepal Rastra Bank, existing promoter shareholders must be given first priority when buying and selling promoter shares. Only if the shares cannot be bought or sold among the promoter shareholders themselves, then these shares must be sold to other individuals or institutions under the integrated directive of Nepal Rastra Bank. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all promoter shareholders of this development bank. Hence, if any promoter shareholder wishes to purchase the aforementioned promoter shares, they are requested to submit an application to the central office of this development bank, Lazimpat, Kathmandu, within ३५ days from the date of publication of this notice. If no applications are received within the said period, it is hereby informed to all concerned parties that the necessary process will be initiated to sell the aforementioned shares to other individuals or institutions as per the regulations.
